Convenient Photo will send photos to international addresses and is not responsible for customs delay or confiscation. Convenient Photo can not guarantee that your country will allow the importation of any photograph of a questionable nature and in all cases you should consult with your country's customs service before tender to Convenient Photo for processing and delivery. All international orders must be prepaid via Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover card and you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes imposed by your country.
By sending your order to Convenient Photo you agree to the following conditions: (a) Convenient Photo shall send the completed order via US Global Priority mail to your provided international address; (b) Delivery of your order shall be subject to customs rules and regulations in force at the time your order is shipped; (c) Convenient Photo shall not be liable for delay, censorship or other acts of various customs services that may prevent the delivery of your order; (d) You authorize Convenient Photo and its parent or affiliated companies to charge your credit card for any duties and/or taxes imposed by customs to facilitate the delivery of your order; (e) That you have verified: the contents of your order are not prohibited, restricted or otherwise not acceptable for importation into your country; (f) You are ultimately responsible for the content of the photographs you have tendered to Convenient Photo for processing.
