what is first response?

First Response is a revolutionary concept designed for independent insurance agents from coast to coast. The First Response system is designed to handle the first report of loss from the insured regardless of the insurance company. The report is transmitted electronically to the insurance company's claim office within minutes of the report being made by the insured.  Once the report is made, a follow up report is generated 3-5 days later giving a full report to the insured and agent complete with company adjuster's name, claim number, and contact telephone numbers. The First Response product is sold to the insured at the point of sale of the insurance policy. The agent is free to set the sale price and with a net cost of $5.00 per application, the agent is not limited to the profits he can obtain using this product. This allows the agent to give his client more service (24 hours a day) with no increase in overhead and, in addition, a new profit center.
